This is the wedding of the beautiful and talented Jocelyn Sparks Cates and her husband Joe Cates. These pictures are the product of the always fabulous Neysa Ruhl of Neysa Ruhl Photography, and she captured the wedding beautifully! I'm catching up on some blogging....which I always say I'm going to do. But, this time I mean it. I will be posting some fabulous events from this year and last.
