Val Edgington & Rob Schwab

In addition to Garden Roses, Fuji Mums, and Carnations (yes carnations
that looked gorgeous in this design...don't be afraid to use them ladies),
we also used my favorite yellow rose, called Mohana!
The Mohana rose is big, full, and it opens beautifully.

I can't believe I've known Val since she was in middle school!  She is one of my cousin's (who is also one of the bridesmaids) best friends.  Val has great style with her citrus colored J Crew bridesmaid dresses, and the matching flowers.  This was a June wedding and a perfect color combo for a fresh looking Summer wedding.  The fabulous photos are from Images by Daniel Michael....thanks so much for sharing!!!

Garden Roses, Roses, Fuji Mums, Buttom Mums, and Hydrangea.

Kim Brewer & Matt Frient - The Verdin Bell Event Center

Peonies & Ranunculus (in August if you can believe it), Cymbidium orchids, and Garden Roses.
Planning the flowers with Kim was so much fun!  She likes everything I like...big, full, fluffy, romantic blooms with a whimsical touch.  We used Hydrangea, Peonies, Roses, Garden Roses, Ranunculus, Cymbidium orchids, Manzanita branches, and gorgeous footed silver vases.  These gorgeous images are by the always fabulous Tine, of TM Photography.  There were so many great shots, we had a hard time deciding which ones we wanted to use...thanks Tine!!!

The details...so gorgeous and so important.

All the junior bridesmaids and flower girl....so cute!

Verdin Bell is the ultimate venue for candle use.  It just glows when they light all the candles!

Loving that giant bell in the background at the Verdin Bell Event Centre.

Sarah Lauffer & Nick Mitrousis - Hilton Netherland Plaza Cincinnati

Sangria, brown, green, teal - gorgeous!

Like many of my customers, Sarah and Nick planned their wedding from out of town.  Sometimes, this can seem like a daunting task, but really it's not an issue for us....on the contrary, it has proven to be a lot of fun! They live in San Francisco, and I have to say, I love it when I consult with a couple who lives in a different area of the country and they bring in some different ideas.  I loved their color scheme, which was green, sangria, teal and brown...very different!  Check out the beautiful choices they made below, and see below for all vendor credits.  The gorgeous photos are courtesy of Steve Lyons Photography....thank you!
