Wow...what a stunning group, and what incredibly tasteful choices. I worked with Bridget (the bride), and her mom Kathy on the details of her wedding, and what a pleasure it was. It is people like these that make my job so rewarding. Bridget's colors were chocolate, ivory, and mixed greens. And, we used a lot of different shades of green in the bouquets, including chartreuese, sage, and slate. We also used a lot of cool textural elements like succulent plants, scabiosa pods, and Berzelia berries; and mixed with the creams and ivories, the flowers turned out gorgeous...if I do say so myself! Actually, I have a lot of help, and without my fearless crew, none of our work would be possible.

On the tables we had both tall and short arrangements in her color scheme. The arrangements included curly willow and dendrobium orchids with hanging votives, as well as hydrangea in a monogrammed vase.

Thanks to Bridget and her mom Kathy for being such wonderful customers, and thanks to Geri Ciulla again for the amazing photos.

Liz and Diggs - 12.27.08

Pictures by Tracy.....Amazing! I had so much fun with this wedding, and the pictures really show how special the day was! I got to work with some of my favorite vendors, and I got to meet some very talented vendors I had not worked with before. See the credits below! Liz was really a blast to work with, and she was up for just about anything. So, her wedding planner (Kristen Kloth) and I had a few surprises for her....you'll see some of them in the pics below!

By the way, check out the "jazz hands" in the third shot down. You got to love jazz hands.

Nancy and Rich - October 2008

One of my favorite weddings this year! Nancy (Nancy of the fabulous Brideface) got married! She has magnificent taste, and collected a lot of the cool containers you see on the table herself. She used small wooden desk drawers, mecury glass, and hobnail milk glass...so different and beautiful! She also had the table runners custom made...aren't they gorgeous! I did her flowers, and she pretty much gave me free reign within her color scheme. The pictures were taken by the fabulously talented Tine of TM Photography.
