Seifried - Swederska

Seifried - Swederska photos by Gentry Photography
Sometimes pictures just speak louder than words, don't they? These photos by Gentry Photography captured this wedding beautifully. I have to say, it is one of the most gorgeous white bouquets we've ever done. Courtney's (the bride...great name huh?) bouquet included fluffy white Hydrangea, ivory Calla Lilies, Bouvardia, Freesia, and lacey white Cattleya orchids; and it was so fragrant! We used a mixture of pink and white blooms in the arrangements for the entire wedding...please enjoy the photos thanks to Kerry from Gentry photo.

Michelle Chen & David Lee

Michelle & David

The bouquets that Michelle chose had a ton of different elements. I loved doing something a bit different...the style was so whimsical and gardeny fresh (I know that's not a word, but somtimes you have to make up words that fit the description). Also, Michelle and her bridesmaids' did a really fantastic design on their blumeboxes...aren't they fantastic! If you're new to our blog, you may not know that we deliver all of the bridal party bouquets in blumeboxes, and you can pick them up in advance of your wedding and customize them with any type of decor you like.
Michelle, David, and their families were a pleasure to work with; and Michelle sent these great photos. Some of them were taken by a family member and some were taken by the fabulous Carry from Rocket Tree Photography. The shots are fantastic! Thanks so much Michelle for sending.

Email Problems - Ugggghhhh!

We are having some major technical issues in both sending and receiving emails, and I wanted to let you know. We have recently migrated from XP to Vista and from Office 2003 to Office 2007, and it has been no pinic!

In the meantime, please email us at clambert@fuse.net. Things should be up and running in the next couple of days, and we are so sorry for the inconvenience. Again...ugggghhhh!

Oh and, we are also transferring our website to a new host. So, we may have an interruption in web service. Hopefully no longer than 24 hours.

Leah McClellan & Matt Welty

Yellow! Isn't it gorgeous! I have not done a wedding with yellows in ages, and I think it looks fabulous. Leah & Matt were awesome to work with, as was their planner, Julie from Cincy Event Planning. Julie was so on top of things, and it was a pleasure to work with her again. The photos are by Reece from Reece Booth Photography. Aren't they amazing and artistic!!! I love the close up shots on the orchid centerpieces as well as the shot of Leah's bouquet sitting in a bush. Thanks so much for the cool shots Reece!

Anjali Mangat & Josh McFarland 5.24.08 - Indian Hill, OH

Anjali & Josh

This is an example of ivory done right! I loved the cream hues with the gray/blue accents used throught the wedding. All of the girls accented their dresses with a vintage brooch...an idea that I completely support. Anjali has impeccable taste, and she and her planner, Alison Wenstrup of Aviva Events really pulled the details together beautifully.
Check out all of the glorious details. I love how Paul captured even the little details like the flowers used to decorate the hors douvres. I love little details like that...it makes such a difference in the total look of the event. Now we did all of the personal flowers, but a friend of the mother of bride (who used to be a professional florist), did the centerpieces. I thought she did an amazing job, and I know she spent some serious time on the arrangements. I had to showcase them on my blog...they were too beautiful not to show off.
The photos were provided by Paul Ludwig of Paul Ludwig Photography. I absolutely love these shots, and I have to thank Paul for getting them to me during this super busy wedding season.

Alison Wenstrup and her team. No, they are not midgets and Anjali is not an Amazon woman...there was just a difference on the heels of their shoes. :) Check out Alison's site...link to right.
